The briefcase that changed the world

Mr Toe showed me this article today and it got me thinking. While I have no doubt that Hitler needed to be beaten just like any other genocidal dictator needs to be deposed, relatively recent events have made me see wars and history in a different light. Were there really ever any wars where the cause of either side was truly just? Or is the history we know just the endless propaganda of the victorious?
